1. Luận án đã hệ thống hóa và làm sâu sắc thêm cơ sở lý luận về phát triển xanh trong vận tải hàng hóa đô thị, bổ sung cách tiếp cận đánh giá các giải pháp phát triển xanh trong vận tải hàng hóa đô thị dựa theo mô hình ra quyết định đa tiêu chí.
2. Luận án đã xây dựng được mô hình đánh và các các giải pháp phát triển xanh trong vận tải hàng hóa đô thị dựa dựa theo tiêu chí khả năng đáp ứng mục tiêu (4 chỉ tiêu) và khó khăn/ rào cản (9 chỉ tiêu).
3. Luận án đã phân tích và đánh giá được thực trạng phát triển xanh trong vận tải hàng hóa đô thị tại Hà Nội giai đoạn từ 2015 đến nay.
4. Luận án sử dụng phương pháp FAHP (một trong các phương pháp của ra quyết định đa tiêu chí) để tính toán trọng số các giải pháp theo các tiêu chí, kiểm tra độ nhất quán trong kết quả khảo sát thực tiễn nhằm đảm bảo độ tin cậy của kết quả nghiên cứu định lượng.
5. Luận án đã xác định 6 giải pháp ưu tiên, có thể thực hiện ngay trong giai đoạn từ nay đến 2030; 8 giải pháp có thể thực hiện với mức ưu tiên vừa phải và cần thêm nguồn lực để hỗ trợ.
6. Luận án cung cấp thêm các bằng chứng thực tiễn về mục tiêu, rào cản và đặc thù của phát triển xanh trong vận tải hàng hóa đô thị tại các đô thị ở quốc gia đang phát triển, với trường hợp nghiên cứu là Thành phố Hà Nội. Những kết quả này có giá trị tham khảo đối với các nhà hoạch định chính sách, cơ quan quản lý nhà nước, doanh nghiệp vận tải hàng hóa đô thị.

SUMMARY ON THE NEW CONTRIBUTIONS
1. This dissertation systematizes and develops a theoretical foundation of green development in urban freight transport. It also introduces an enhanced approach for evaluating green development solutions based on a Multi-Criteria Decision-Making Model (MCDM).
2. The dissertation constructs a comprehensive evaluation model for green development solutions in urban freight transport, structured around achievement criteria (four indicators) and implementation barriers (nine indicators).
3. The dissertation provides a systematic analysis and assessment of the current state of green development in urban freight transport in Hanoi over the period from 2015 to the present.
4. The dissertation applies the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) method, a method within the MCDM framework, to determine the weights of proposed solutions according to the defined criteria. Consistency tests are also conducted on survey data to ensure the validity and reliability of the quantitative results.
5. This disertation identifies six high-priority solutions that can be implemented immediately in the short term (up to 2030), along with eight medium-priority solutions that require additional resources and support conditions for effective implementation.
6. This dissertation provides empirical evidence on the objectives, barriers, and solutions for green development in urban freight transport in developing countries, with a particular focus on Hanoi. These findings provide valuable reference for policymakers, public authorities, and urban freight transport enterprises.
